He was Graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree and from Nanjing University of Science and Technology with a master's degree, worked for NKT Group in Germany for 20 years, mainly engaged in the research, production, and sales of cables and cable accessories, during which he held positions such as technical engineer, workshop director, equipment department manager, quality department manager, marketing department manager, and sales director of NKT China. In 2007-2015, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC of Changzhou City, a standing committee member of the CPPCC of Qixu'an District, a standing committee member of the CPPCC of Changzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and vice chairman of the Changzhou City Federation of the Democratic Parties. In 2007, he participated in the research and development of "magnesium-copper contact wire," which solved the demand for power transmission line materials for China's high-speed rail at speeds of 300 kilometers per hour. In 2022, he participated in the research and development of a 220KV large-span cable intermediate joint and succeeded, providing convenience for the construction of national power.
